Benefits & Applications

  • High-current Capacity in Compact Size
The 15 A rating lets this little switch handle moderate power loads in control panels, HVAC systems, motor control, or industrial machinery.
  • Reliable & Fast Snap Action
The snap-action mechanism ensures quick, consistent actuation with minimal bounce—important in control logic and safety circuits.
  • Versatile Mounting & Wiring
Using quick-connect terminals speeds up assembly and replacement, while the pushbutton form factor allows easy installation in housings, panels, or enclosures.
  • Temperature & Environmental Resilience
The wide operating temperature and durable construction make it suitable for harsh environments, including industrial and outdoor enclosures.
  • Dual AC / DC Capability
Suitable for switching AC loads (to 250 VAC) or lower DC loads (up to 48 V), offering flexibility for mixed systems.

Installation & Usage Tips

  1. Match Loads to Ratings
Don’t exceed the 15 A (resistive) limit in AC — for inductive loads (motors, solenoids) allow derating or use snubbers/relays to reduce stress.
  2. Ensure Proper Seating
Press the switch firmly into panel or mounting slot before wiring to avoid misalignment or stress on the housing.
  3. Use Good Wiring Practices
Crimp or securely fasten wires to the 0.250″ quick-connect tabs using proper gauge wire per load.
  4. Avoid Excess Push Force
While it’s robust, avoid pressing excessively or at angles; button should move straight down without lateral force.
  5. Inspect Periodically
In environments with vibration or dust, occasionally check the button, terminals, and contacts to ensure reliable operation.
